A person who I looked up to was the one who taught me this interesting fact, the body, mind and soul is one and the same. I too agree with this motto, for whatever you do with your body affects the mind and the soul and visa versa.
I mean that whatever habits you do with your life has a particular effect towards you. Although we might not notice it, unhealthy habits could take its toll someday. It is important that we take good care of our body to enjoy our life to the fullest. Getting enough rest, eating healthy foods that provide whole nutrition like whole foods, and exercising regularly are some of the ways we can improve our physical lives.
